Ability to conceptualize and think visually.
I enjoy translating abstract ideas and theories into realistic applications–taking into account implications and possible responses, problems, and outcomes of each project.
Put the customer experience first.
This includes both internal and external customers. Delivering on promises and deadlines is one essential key for continued customer loyalty and satisfaction. I also enjoy taking every opportunity I have to go above and beyond to surprise and delight my customers. This could include sending hand-written thank you notes, or under-promising and over-delivering on numerous aspects of the project.
Believe two heads are better than one, and three are better than two.
I enjoy working in team environments and collaborating across professional disciplines and business lines. Expanding your reach within an organization makes you a more well-rounded employee, enabling you to make more informed decisions on future projects.
Have a strong desire to learn and grow.
As a self-proclaimed professional development junkie, I'm constantly working to hone my skills and develop new ones. I always welcome constructive criticism of my work, and view it as an opportunity for improvement and growth. A creative mind never stops learning.
I have a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
I grew up in the quiet corner of Northeast Connecticut in a small, one blinking-stoplight town.
I'm Italian and French Canadian. Unlike my sister, I received the French skin—so I burn to a crisp in the sun.
I love to travel! I've touched ground on 15 different countries so far.
Pugs (and all dogs for that matter) are awesome. I have two: Buddy and Bella. There's nothing better than being greeted by two little wiggling fur balls at the door every day.
I've recently ventured into the world of organic gardening, inspired by my mother who is a master gardener herself. If I become a quarter of the gardener she is, I'll be happy!
